  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

  • Force majeure events (network failure, server outage, etc.)


5. Trial & Free Plans

  • Free or trial plans are provided for evaluation only

  • No refunds apply to free or trial services

  • Upgrading from a trial to a paid plan is considered a new purchase

  • Payment gateway or transaction fees may not be refundable


8. Service Termination by Opzra

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if a user:

  • Engages in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity
